I just received the flyer and am wondering about the following.
1. Is the first $100,000 of my home’s value excluded from the CPA TAX?
2. Is the 2% CPA TAX going imposed on commercial and industrial property in Watertown? If I own the commercial property where my business is located do I end up paying the CPA tax on both?
3. Are there any exemptions for small businesses?
3. Does my social security and pension incomes count towards my income level if I apply for an exemption.
